The Lightpro Dome diffuser is a large, round, soft and flexible diffuser that slips over the front of compatible flash units. The inside of the dome is completely textured to make the light dispersion even more "soft" than it would be otherwise. And because of this design, it is possible to make the material more translucent, keeping the unit from losing a lot of light while actually increasing the diffusion and softness of light. The included inverted dome allows you to softly diffuse direct light with a large, soft source without creating flare on the front of your lens.

In the picture it shows two tops, one white and the other yellow. Mine only came with the white one.
This product works ok, it adds a wider range of your flash.

I use it on my Sb-600 and SB-800 and the amazing pros of this diffuser are its better than the diffuser that came along with SB-800 and my Sto-fen diffuser which is on my SB-600. it gives a better natural looking light on my subjects and gives a studio light effect specially when used in remote flashes not straight from the camera.
its perfect on portraits but I prefer it for my macro shots or when I shot products to post them on Ebay...
my issue with this diffuser are.
1- its huge... and makes so much attention when people around... something i don't like
2- and because its huge... storage is an issue... it don't fit in my bag so I have to always store it separately. thats why I rely on it for shooting my ebay products and this always stay at home in my mini-home-studio.
so it lost one star for size and portability issues.
4 stars for delivering what exactly it is intended to deliver perfectly.

If you are looking at the Gary Fong Lightsphere 2, save your money and buy this! It probably comes out of the same factory. I have looked at both and they are identical. Not to mention that this comes with a clear AND amber dome for about the price Fong charges for an amber dome by itself.
